Contributing toward wildlife is always so touching, especially with regards to saving our animals.  Most of these animals become endangered if we as a community don’t do everything in our power to safe them and keep them around.  Compliments to the Wildlife Conservation Trust.

Kruger Park Tours now had a wonderful opportunity to take part in donating toward the Wildlife Conservation Trust fund and indeed feel so proud to make a difference.

A Special thanks to our clients Megan Smith and Bradleigh Lore who donated an amount, for us to decide on a wildlife project.

We consulted with Megan and Bradleigh and assisted them with a wonderful South African Safari in the Kruger National Park.  They overpaid an amount and instead of taking a refund asked us to donate the money to any wildlife project of our choice.  These two amazing ladies already completed their safari, and in the meantime, we took our time to source the right project to donate it to.   We decided on HESC (Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre) and were really impressed with the projects and programmes for the animals, therefor made a contribution toward the Wildlife Conservation Trust.

All donations received go to maintain the breeding programmes and the various projects undertaken in terms of research, education, relocation and rescuing abandoned and orphaned animals.

The Wildlife Conservation Trust (WCT) was founded to manage funds generated through donations made to the HESC. The Wildlife Conservation Trust is a South African registered trust committed to activities relating to:

• The engagement in strategic and tactical activities relating to conservation, rehabilitation and/ or protection of wildlife.
• The care of animals, including the rehabilitation of injured or orphaned animals, as well as the general prevention of the ill-treated of animals.
• The promotion of education and training programmes relating to environmental awareness, educational enrichment, academic support, supplementary tuition or outreach programmes for the poor and needy.
• The training of unemployed people, with the purpose of promoting skills development, and thus enabling them to enter the workforce and earn a living.
• The provisions of school buildings and/or equipment for public schools and educational institutions engaged in public benefit activities.
