Assisting the South African youth to make a huge success of their lives
The history and backstory
In the late 2000’s the director of Kruger Park Tours, Johan Buys and Amareza Buys (his business partner and mother) owned a corporate training company called Pondera Innovation. They contributed to various community projects such as murals and fun day art with orphanages in South Africa a few years before this.
Pondera Innovation assisted over 100 micro and rural entrepreneurs (SMME’s) with business plans and practical business solutions to make their informal business successful.
Today Bardo Buys, the brother of the director of Kruger Park Tours, is the director of a elite Military Academy style training company that helps troubled youths to make a huge success of their lives together with Amareza Buys. Some young adults have already gone through the training and are in high income careers like VIP protection, land and sea rescue and anti-poaching.
